I finally have gotten over this enough to be able to post w/out sounding too negative. So here goes nothing

I am severely disappointed with this draft. Boom or bust types when we are this close, to me makes no sense.

1A. Williamson - This pick reeks of bust. Production wise he was nothing special, and to hear the excuse it was the qb, well sorry. The highlight reels really have me believing that his hands are suspect. Also read somewhere that he didn't look that smooth catching the ball during pro day workout. Factor that with we could have had Clayton who has done everything right, with the exception of not being 6'2", wow disappointment. I would have even rather had Mike Williams than TW. Hopefully he surpises me, but I'm on record as saying it was a poor pick.

As much as I hate to say it, these people could possibly turn out to have a reason to be concerned. Troy is very, very talented no doubt. I personally feel he suffered in Lou's offense by not being able to catch more balls, and also made a mistake by not playing under Spurrier. He is going to have to prove his worth in the NFL before he gains respect. I am certainly not saying he cannot do that, but we will have to simply wait and see. :cool:
