Georgia received verbal committments today from 3 out of state players. OG Kevin Perez from Miam, FB Shaun Chapas from Jacksonville, and ATH Ronnie Tyler from Wagener, SC. Tyler will play slot receiver at Georgia btw. What a day it has been.

Damn, at this rate you guys will be full by the end of the month. Great job, Dawgs. Hopefully, there will be a few left for us.

Maybe not...

Ask Georgia Tech, UNC and Virginia Tech about their early commitments and where they ended up.

If it were me, I wouldn't be celebrating until that LOI is received on Feb 2nd.

While it is exciting to be talking about recruits, I agree with Neo on this one. It's a little premature to be celebrating. Nothing is etched in stone and these kids still have another year of high scool ball to play. A lot of things could happen between now and signing day.

Still, 10 Committments at this point is very impressive. We've already got our big boy in Matthew Stafford.

Well all three kids said they were finished and would not be taking any more visits. CMR committments almost always stick. Since he has been here we have had 1 kid back out on his committment. That was fat@ss Michael brown who went to Florida in the class of '04.

agreed....i highly doubt all 10 of these kids will stick with their committments, but it's a sign that, no matter what, the dawgs will almost certainly have a great recruiting class next year...even if a couple of these kids change their minds.
