Nevermind...just found the list of 5 star prospects...Here is what they had to say about Matthew Stafford..He's the #2 QB.

Stafford reminds some analysts of Brett Favre, has a very good arm and throws with touch and velocity even when he is being rushed and forced to sling it off his back foot. The top quarterback in Texas, he also has pretty good mobility and a tendency to never give up on a play. When he is able to plant and throw, he often delivers a frozen rope.
