Yeah he deserved it,look at what he did to the Suns.He turned them into winners.
And he averaged a double-double.

Yeah exactly...not to mention the Suns last year without him lost 53 games and now with Nash they win over 60 games...thats a great improvement....

I think it's a bit harsh to say "he didn't deserve it" but I'm a Suns fan....Amare Stoudamire is the best player Phoenix has.

If you're not the best player on your own team...:rolleyes:

I think Stoudamire might be the best player on the team as far as talent wise but Nash is the best leader and makes everyone around him better and thats what truly makes a great player....if you look back at Hall of Famers thats what they did they made everyone on their team play better....

He deserves it since he had a terrific year, but ask just about any professional basketball exec and he'll tell you that Shaq should have won it. Granted, his play ain't pretty, but you have to totally warp your defense to stop him. Play him one-on-one and your center will be in foul trouble before the end of the first quarter. Double him and he gets him teammates involved. Look at Miami before he got there. Look at the Lakers after he left. The Deisel is the man!
