Ok, I am not sure if this is even feasible but I thought I'd ask. Would it be possible to put a "chat room" for members only on the forum? I was thinking it might be cool to continue "side" conversations in a chat room after threads go off topic. I also catch myself "chatting" back and forth several times to different people in the PM because it is easier than filling up pages of threads with conversation that would be better suited for a "chat room". I thought that this might be a solution to keeping your PM open (since I forget all of the time to clear out my old PM's). Just wondered what the people on the forum thought about this and wondered if Chris and the admins. think it is even "feasible"? :cool:

I personally LOVE chat rooms. Instant messaging, instantly!! :D

Yep, it's certainly possible. I was looking into something like this a while back, but I never did anything further on it.

I'll see what we can do...

I wondered awhile back why there wasn't a chat room here but then I stopped and thought, "I don't see chat rooms anywhere anymore..." and that's the last I thought about it.

Great idea though! :D
