Will the South Carolina Gamecock baseball team go the distance?
Will the LSU Tiger baseball team go the distance?
Who do you think will go the fartherest?

Both are good baseball teams. Right now, I believe the Gamecocks are rated higher than the Tigers, but the season has a long way to go yet. It's that other team from Louisiana (Tulane) that worries me.

South Carolina plays LSU in Baton Rouge on April 8, 9, and 10 (3 game series). Should be a good one.

The four SEC teams from the CWS last year square off this weekend. Coincidence for opening weekend? Nah, I didn't think so.

Oh, and I picked USC.

After this series, we should have a better idea of what's going to happen by way of the SEC. Hopefully, the weather will be great at that time and both teams will be able to strut their stuff. LSU has been hitting real well. Our Friday, Saturday, and Sunday pitching rotation starts with all left handers. Should be a great, hard-fought series.

I think we have to worry about 9 teams in the sec not just LSU or USC, the conference is stacked.
