LSU looks like a pretty tough team now, clearly not the same team UK dusted in Rupp Arena in January.
Hope Kentucky brings their intensity tommorow.
I think LSU can be a real threat in the Big Dance they have to be at least a 6 seed now. Maybe higher, I think alot of people are selling the SEC a little short based on what happened in the non-conference schedule.
I think UK, Bama and LSU all are good enough to go on a run and get to St. Louis, Let's hope the SEC crashes everybodys party, like Dick Vitale and the ACC network and the big Feast. :)

I agree CatFan. I am sick of the ACC love-fest in the media. Let's whip 'em all in the NCAA tourney! I think all of the top 4 in the SEC can go deep in the tourney.

I think that a few of the ACC teams in the tourney may get upset early on. Namely Duke and UNC. Mark my words.

Good post, CatFan. It would be great to see our SEC teams crashing that big dance with some new steps!

What a game today...could have gone either way. I have to give Kentucky credit for a great game but no one can take away the awesome threat LSU can be as everyone saw today. Geaux Tigers!

I'd be surprised if UNC and Duke took early exits, and by early I mean at least to the round of 16. However, I could see Duke getting upset in the 2nd if somebody's hot on them. Wake could be beaten at any time, probably not the first....or second, but after that I don't expect them to advance much farther.
Even though we didn't get 7 bids like we're used to, I think the five clubs are of a very high quality. If they play their cards right, LSU, Bama and Florida good make deep runs into the tournament. Bama and Florida are final 4 quality while LSU is just a step behind and with their inside game, they could give anybody huge problems. Kentucky is well, Kentucky and they'll be a threat. MSU, I don't see them doing that great, but you never know, they're certainly a talented team and if they put it together they could do damage. This is what it's all about.
I can't wait to see our SEC boys' matchups and fill out my brackets. I'm excited about our teams this year and think we have a chance to show the "national folks" just how "weak" ???? the SEC was this year.

LSU is getting SPANKED right now by UAB. They're up by 23.
I love me some Mike Anderson.

I hope UT's AD is taking notice. This guy looks like he would be a nice fit and from what I have heard he is a good recruiter too. Someone needs to come in and teach our guys that its okay to try to stop the other team from scoring.

I've given up hope on my bracket. I'm about #6/10 in my "office" pool on CNNSI, and I think my Overall CNNSI rank was somewhere in the 70,000s :p
