Depends if Roberson is on....if he struggles and Walsh and Lee don't step up, it'll be close.

typical, now I'm on the fire Odom bandwagon, wasn't before, but looking at our future program (i.e. no big man coming and Carlos Powell leaving) I'm ready after today's meltdown for him to be fired...

Let me be the first to welcome you to our glorious bandwagon. It is currently growing at a rapid pace and will continue to do so. I myself have been an official member for sometime now. I honestly do think that there will be a push to get him out now. Blowing a 17 point lead is just insane. He could have quieted everyone of his critics this afternoon, but pulled the ol' Lou on us........lets tuck our tails, take a knee, and run out the clock .......the officiating was plain awful down the stretch on top of it all

You guys had us.....can't believe we pulled it out. Roberson struggled in the first half with minimal aid by Walsh and Lee, as I said, and we got behind. We have to be the most inconsistent team in the nation right now.....beating and/or being very competitive with very good teams (Bama, UK) and losing/struggling with teams against whom we should beat (F$U, etc.).

Bean: I'll also have an education, which by judging the depth and profoundness of your posts you won't ever have or have not had yet....

After watching that game at work, with a Clempson fan, i also am now gonna go w/ the bandwagon. Really embarrasing to watch that and get the smack down by a clempson fan after we lost a lead that nice. Oh well.

Lol..... :D

You guys really lost it at the free throw line: usc went 6 for 17  while UF only shot 34.8 percent from the floor, the lowest output of the year. Roberson (6 for 15) Lee (5 for 16) and Walsh (3 for 10) were a pitiful 14 of 41 combined. I'd create some more room on that bandwagon.....

___________________
Some interesting history of which I recently learned: usc is 0-9 in the last nine against UF in b-ball, and the two largest second-half comebacks ending with a 'W' for Florida both came against usc--16 (in 1993) and 17 points (yesterday), respectively.

I just hope you guys don't say the same things about Spurs when it happens to him this year.....

Was I the only on that knew we were going to lose when we were up by 17. Classic Carolina.

Good game manager, Good game planner, Poor motivational skills, Poor recruiting skills. Definetly is not intimidating to referees( which is huge in basketball, where makeup calls are made regulary and many times throughout games) Watch every top coach on the sidelines and see how often they are on the officials back. Not an offensive minded coach, but definetly a defensive minded coach. Which I don't necessarily mind but we need to find a way to score more than 50 or 60 points. If you look at the top teams they are in the 80's almost every night. Not only do we not have quality players but they are not smart either. If your team is not going to be skilled at least recruit intellect. (I.E. Tre Kelley idiotic last possession shot against UF) A smart, skilled guard would of driven to the basket, either layed it in, gotten fouled, or dished to a wide open player, instead of jacking up a 30 footer. I think Odom should be let go, but as far as any coach of consequence wanting to come coach a mediocre SEC team in the middle of a stretch where the SEC is also mediocre at best, I don't see it. I think someone should be lined up before letting him go.
