What's up? It's like Jekyl and Hide. We looked great blowing out Auburn and going blow-for-blow with Kentucky, but we looked (sounded) miserable and pathetic last night. Now, most young teams' problems evolve around their "inexperience", but I'm getting tired of that yarn.

This group is not that inexperienced anymore. Ferguson and Modica have played for three years, Brewer and Olu for two. We should not be having these kind of scoring droughts. I'm just upset over our effort last night. Radio guys made it sound pretty bad and judging by the stats and Scott Cain's articles this morning, they're right.

South Carolina is good, but they're not as talented or athletic as the Hogs. They didn't even play that well last night either, yet still picked up an easy 12-point victory.

2-6 through the first half of the SEC season is terrible. It's no improvement from the last two years. Anybody wanna tell me their opinion? I'm not blaming Heath, I really like him. But this team is not playing to its ability, especially on the road.

For real, Bama ain't getting no love. I love Bama and Gottfried. I really do. I think Bama will make major noise come March. If ya'll shoot good, you're virtually unbeatable.

I understand that it's a work in progress. Nolan left us with absolutely nothing, so the first two years, struggling was expected. But at this point the last two years, we were 2-6 in the SEC. We're still 2-6. We've lost close ones to Bama, Kentucky and LSU, but still, we haven't won any of them. I'm just frustrated now. USC was a must-win game for us last night and we just played flat-out bad. We're 1-19 in SEC road games under Heath. That's pathetic. This team needs to find their balls and find them fast, or winning the SEC tournament will be thier only chance of making the big dance.

I haven't lost faith in Stan Heath. But what is the deal? It all depends on what side of the bed Arkansas wakes up on I guess. The inexperience issue is no longer an issue in my book. I am a patient fan even though it hurts to see loss after loss. Also I will not be saying "Fire Heath" like alot of people have been. But Modica and Ferguson should have stepped way up by now, afterall I think our lack of having a point guard step up has been a huge blow to the team this year. Also I think that there has been a massive lack of on the floor leadership. The only person that continues to try to lead the team and does a good job is Brewer. Whether we are down by only a few or getting blown out, Brewer will continue playing heads up ball and hustle defense until the end. In my opinion, Modica should be the one leading this team. But I will continue to support Heath as I think he will get things together. This year isnt over yet!
