This Basketball mess has been a poor substitute for my beloved football. I miss my SEC football so bad. I'm trying to enjoy this stuff but I just can't.

Anyone feel the same?

Yep! I saw a sign at WalkOns restaurant, which is a couple of blocks from Tiger Stadium, which said, "Only 243 Days Until Football."

Unable to stomach much of the men's version of basketball, I am consoling myself with watching the Lady Tigers. They are just rolling over everyone.

I can feel you on the opinion about football. College football is hands down the best sport in the country. College basketball and baseball are also great to keep up with. I would probably pull for SC in ping pong if it was televised.

Basketball has never been my thing. I kind of kept an eye on it when Alabama and UAB went deep into the tournament but it just was'nt the same. I'm sure Basketball is exciting for its fans but a football junkie like me just can't catch on. I have hated the NBA since Micheal Jordan retired.

Yeah, I too have been trying the basketball thing, usually without near as much enjoyment. However, I was really into the game tonight. "Big win" games are fun for me to watch, while close games are not as fun for some reason. I guess b/c in those games it all just comes down to the last 3 minutes or so of the game anyhow, with back-and-forth scoring for the entire preceding minutes of the game.... kinda like watching NASCAR, watch the last 5 laps and you haven't missed a thing. :p
