Let us see who has the knowledge or has a lucky streak that should put them in Vegas. I am asking anyone who sees this thread to give their best shot at the recruits that his/her school is going to get. It will be interesting to see how close we can come to the actual classes. I will lead off with what I think is going to happen with the Vols

16 players commited all ready. You can view those commits at the following link if you would like to. Click here (http://tennessee.rivals.com/commitlist.asp?year=2005&school=80)

Expectations from Volnation is that the Vols will place 3 to 4 kids in prep school. That would give Tennessee around 10-12 openings. Here is my best guess list.

Patrick Turner 6-5/210 Ranked the #2 receiver in the nation. The homestate Vols will win out over the USC trojan viruses

Jonathan Stewart 5-10/224 Ranked the #1 running back in the nation. Call it a signing day surprise as Vol fans get a surprise

Montario Hardesty 6-0/190 Ranked the # 11 Athlete in the nation. Just a tremendous get and could play WR/RB/DB

Michael Oher 6-5/330 Ranked the #8 offensive guard in the nation. There is still concern that Ole Miss might be able to sway him, but the kid looks like a Vol

Chris Scott 6-5/300 Ranked the #1 offensive tackle in the nation. Florida almost pulled him away, but how can you not like having a head coach who is a former offensive lineman and still helps to coach the squad.

Barry Turner 6-3/230 Ranked the #13 weakside defensive end. Tennessee continues to get the in-state players

Raymond Henderson 6-5/250 Ranked the #8 strongside defensive end. This player has been hilarious to watch his recruiting. He is having fun with it and it is driving some fans and media nuts.

DeMarcus Granger 6-3/315 Ranked the #2 defensive tackle. The one thing about Phil Fulmer is that he always pulls a surprise top player out. The Vol fans want Granger, but most have conceeded him to the Sooners. If he comes to UT on the 28th for a visit, then he will be a Vol

Dan Williams 6-1/310 Ranked the #38 defensive tackle. Another player from Memphis that is all Vol.

Adam Meyers-White 6-4/190 Ranked the #8 safety in the nation. Helps the Vols fill the need for the bad secondary from 2004.

OK. I am 0 for 4 so far. Davis committed to Clemson and Coleman to Auburn. We got commitments from Antonio Forbes and Nick Kyles from GA. Maybe I can save face on our last 2 or 3.
Roy Upchurch
Brandon Deadrick
Bobby Greenwood

OK. OK. 0 for 5 now. We just got a commitment from Mike Ford. I am going to stick with these last 3 and certainly I will get at least 1 correct.

Well, I am 3 for 5, but it seems the three I picked have been silent on UT for quite a while. Hardesty and Oher threw everyone in volnation for a loop. Oher is understandable because of his situation with his guardian(former Ole Miss bball player). Hardesty is the one that caught everyone off-guard. Most believed he would be wearing the orange and white.

I finished strong after my 0 for 5 start. We just got a commitment from Greenwood. That makes me 3 for 8, but 3 for my last 3. I think Bama is finished at 31 unless we add a surprise at the end.
