All-SEC o-lineman, 6'9", 340lb Marcus McNeill will return to Auburn for his senior season. The official announcement will come tonight.
This is a very key player for the 2005 Tigers. Some are even saying that this o-line will be the very best at AU----ever.

Too bad there won't be any more good RBs for him to make a hole for.

But I believe you will be proven very wrong.

Brandon Cox, backed up this year. Saw PT against in seven or eight games. SIgnificant PT (1/4 or so) against the sisters of the poor, multiple series against UK, MSU (OK still sisters of the poor), Arky, OM, even against UT in Knoxville I think. Came in early in the first two games when the staff thought we might be playing both this year. He'll still be a soph who has never started a game but it could be worse.
There are some in the AU camp that believe a RS Fresh whose name I can't recall (Booker, maybe) may beat Cox out for the starter's job.
I think we'll be fine for RBs as well. Not any of Carnell and Ronnie's abilities of this year but they're young.

LSU, UGA both away will be tough but fortunately late in the year. Bama, USC, OM, State, all at JHS. GT early could set the tone. I'll be happy with 9-3 after the bowls. Then lookout in 05.
