Carolina Panther Todd Sauerbrun Arrested

Carolina Panther Todd Sauerbrun was arrested Wednesday evening on South Boulevard at the John Belk Freeway. Police pulled him over for going 64 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone. He was also charged with driving while impaired and having no license. According to arrest papers, he blew a .19, more than twice the legal limit. Sauerbrun was released from the Mecklenburg County Jail under a 1700-dollar bond. Coach John Fox said after practice Thursday that he will play in Saturday night's game against Atlanta.
