http://www.sectalk.com/teams/Georgia.gif #13 LSU vs. #3 UGA
The war of the worlds begins Saturday at 3:30pm. This game is going to make global nuclear destruction look like a sunday school class. LSU is going into go into the game after whooping MSU 51-0 and UGA is going into the game after squeaking out a win against Marshall 13-3. Both teams started off to a rough, slow start but, it looks like LSU has busted out of that mold last week. LSU had a eye-popping 599 total yards against MSU. The Tigers' defense looked a lot like the same squad that helped win the national championship last year. LSU had four (4) interceptions, recovered a fumble, and scored a defensive touchdown against MSU.
As for UGA, they are definitely not MSU. They enter this game with the 12th ranked defense nationally and the playmaker Danny Ware is back. As for UGA's offense, David Greene may not be playing like the best QB on the block but, he is consistent and it will be hard to rattle him on his home turf. If UGA expects to win, they had better get their ground game established. If not, it could be a long day for the fans in Athens. LSU 28 UGA 20
