Where do you get this from? Reports have said he's favoring Bama, as is Jeffrey
Depends on what source you read. Alabama sources say these guys are favoring Bama. South Carolina sources say they're favoring the Gamecocks. National sources say they're wide open. I'll take my sources over Rivals, Scout, etc. My sources are usually dead on. I'm not going to say who they are, but you can just read the USC Recruiting News thread and see that they are awfully good. Bonds and Jeffrey had great visits to Alabama; there's no question about that, but the luster of those visits wore off over time. Both of them have South Carolina on top for the time being. Not saying things can't change, but right now, Carolina is on top.

we have a source that comments on our sources and they have said your sources that rely on other sources are indeed unreliable
Great news! Its wonderfull to have this kid with us. Would be nice to observe the development of both McCarron and Jackson. I think these two guys have to compete for the starting job in the future.
He just needs to add some weight to him, but other than that he is a solid QB.
Can't wait to see the challanges for QB in the next few years.
My only concern is that him and Star are both on the small side. They need to hit the conditioning program fast and hard if they want to compete in the SEC. Our QB situation is starting to look much better though.
I am still waiting for Saban to find that 6-5 220lb QB with a rocket arm, a 4.0 grade point average, and a 4.35 40 yard dash.

Scout= National Source and says that Bonds is High on interest level to Bama, Med to SC Scout.com: Chris Bonds Profile
Amongst other sources. Even if SC has gotten back in a bit more, I doubt its as far as 80/20 that easily.

I don't go by what the national sources say. I go by what the people close to our staff and the people close to the kid have to say to me personally. All recent signs point to Carolina having to have a bad season to lose Bonds.
