Default DRE K HURT AGAIN
Alabama reserve cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick wore a black, no-contact jersey at practice today and a protective walking boot on his right foot.
It's unclear the extent or specifics of Kirkpatrick's ailment, though Coach Nick Saban is expected to address it after practice.
Kirkpatick practiced normally Monday and Tuesday this week and is one of seven true freshmen to have contributed for the Crimson Tide this season.
He has played in two games as a member of the punt cover and return teams. He also saw a few snaps at cornerback late in blowout wins over Florida International and North Texas.
*** True freshman receiver Kenny Bell was also out today. Bell struggled with shin splints during the preseason.
*** Defensive end Brandon Deaderick took snaps with the first-string defensive line today. Marcell Dareus started the season's first three games.
Show class, have pride and display character. If you do, winning takes care of itself.

It's probably nothing too serious.
