When I moved back to California from Montevallo, I missed many things...
good bass fishing, great football, sultry summer afternoons, etc.

I did not, however, miss Mr. Slimebaum.

Out here I can go for months at a time without even hearing his name....and then one of you guys disrupts that for me.

I would like to borrow a convention from the Harry Potter Books. The villain is referred to as "He Who Must Not Named."

In the future, I would prefer that we refer to Finebutt as "He Who Cannot Think or Write."

The only time I listen to his radio show is during the weekly Stan White, Pat Dye and Gene Stallings interviews. I've never known anyone who liked the guy. He must have gone through several sets of knee pads to stay on the air & print this long.

As I understand it, his wife is a doctor or something and makes lots of bucks so they get him cheap.

Actually, I'm not surprised at all by it. In the past he's always just gone with the team that is currently on top. In a few weeks, if we were to lose to UT, he'd go back to the bashing again. He just goes with whoever will get him the ratings for the week.
