Bama should have absolutely jumped back in front of Texas after beating LSU. Sadly, most voters didn't even watch the games, and just voted based on what they saw on the front page of the sports section and SportsCenter this morning. So, all they see is that UT killed UCF, and not how much of a struggle it was for them early on.

The Oregon thing I understand. When you lose matters, and after Oregon lost to an unranked Stanford, they were bound to fall far. I don't understand how USC moved up like they did, though... they barely beat one of the worst teams in the Pac-10, 14-9, and are now the 4th best team in the Pac-10 overall. How can the 4th best team in that lame conference be ranked in the Top 10?
