One thing about some Louisiana folks. If you've never been to Mardi Gras, then you ain't seen crude. It's an exhibition of stretching every taboo to the nth degree. Those that go, get exposed to stuff most of America seldom if ever see in public. It's tolerated and celebrated. Some of that same mentality may be being displayed too.
Just so you'll know; it's not the Louisiana folks who act like azzes at Mardi Gras, it's outsiders; people from every part of the U. S. and the world, for that matter. Louisianians know how to have fun at Mardi Gras and enjoy it to the hilt, but they are not the one's showing their tits and their azzes. And most Louisianians can hold their liquor well; they do not act foolish after downing a few drinks.
