He told everyone to stop...Jenkins' didn't...he was tased...but, according to the arresting officer...calmed down and was very cooperative. Like I said, I've never, ever, heard of a person getting the maximum sentence on a first offense...provided the offense didn't involve loss of life or property. Again...open a book and do a little research. At least he wasn't endangering the lives of innocent people on the highway by driving drunk...which has a much longer max sentence  |
