Skip to 16:00. The guy doesn't seem to get that check downs are a good thing -- especially when they're wide open and with daylight in front of them! In spite of Gruden telling him he should have read his progressions, Bray's response is that if he'd just thrown the ball a little flatter, he could have made the pass into double coverage. I don't think he understands football.
