Some RV/Camper/Towing help?

Alright, so my parents bought this old camper(28 footer pull behind) a few years back because it was on a lot that was waterfront. Well, the place changed the rules and now we no longer have the  waterfront space and none of us live close to the lake anymore. My dad wants to take the camper and from the lake and move it to where we are now(4 hr trip) so i am going to get it this weekend.

Few things: the thing hasnt been moved in years, and i have never pulled something that big that wasnt a horset railer and without a dually. I'm pulling it with my 1500 z71 and besides putting new tires on it, greasing the axles, what else do i need to watch out for? Thanks
