So now that you have a good reason to be an SEC fan, will you be an LSU guy!?

Nah. Just a fan of the SEC. I'll always be a UW fan. I grew up and lived in Seattle area for over 30 years. I'll always root for my teams I grew up watching.

I do find it annoying that we are not allowed to support more than one program at a high level.

Piggy backing off of this comment....I'm probably posting this in the wrong thread but I also wanted to give props to ULL (University of Louisiana Lafayette).

I live about 5-10 minutes away but I have been noticing how this little ass college down the street is running Posted Image and its unbelievable that this college I've walked around a few times and looks like the college "The Waterboy" Bobby Boucher went to is handling their business in athletics.

I mean they made the NCAA 64 tournament, won the New Orleans Bowl 3 years in a row and have the #5 ranked baseball team in the nation. Whoever is the Athletic Director is...well he should be on any SEC programs short list of guys to hire and turn things around.

I'm a transplant from Washington State. And I wouldn't be surprised if the Football team in a best of 3, Baseball in a best of 7, and Basketball in a best of 7....I'd put my money on ULL taking out the Washington Huskies in atleast 2 of those 3 series. And UW is a major player back where I'm from nationally. UW could learn some things from these boys down south on what it takes to build programs.

I'm not a Basketball guy, but I decided to watch some hoops this weekend since I got the flu and was laying in bed. This has been pure entertainment. Big ups to Kentucky and Florida. Watching 5 freshman come together in Kentucky. Battling back early with kids that are what 18-19? Knocking off Patino and Louisville. Good stuff boys. And Florida just looks elite. I never really thought of the SEC as a basketball conference because football overshadows hoops around here but I've changed my attitude slightly. Tennessee represented well too. I've really gotten into this basketball thing and I'm proud of the SEC.

I would love to see a Florida/Kentucky Final. :cheers2:

I heard they banned it cuz they were sick of seeing Vernon Davis get "field goal post checked" and it embarrasses the league.

Losing Golden Tater kinda sucks.

Other than that I'm enjoying watching the Gus Bradley's becoming the old skool Hawks. Jag's should get Walter Thurmond WT3 and Brandon Browner, both pretty good just always hurt/suspended. In a couple years I foresee the Jag's firing Gus Bradley and his prevent/Tampa 2/soft zone defense and hiring Dan Quinn who is better at maximizing his defensive talents. Maybe Quinn will keep Bradley around to coach the linebackers?

You're headed in the right direction Jag's, just behind where the Hawks were 4 years ago. Keep it up!
