That was probably it. Your red blood cells wont be back to normal for 3-6 weeks and Iron levels take longer so workouts might feel different for a while (lightheadedness and stuff is common) More carbs and iron you eat, quicker things go back to normal.

McClain wasn't a thug at UA. I know several people that interacted with him regularly on campus that had allot respect for him and have read the same from allot of people on the net. He participated in events with the youth/fans,visited sick kids at the local hospitals and attended/supported lots of things around campus. Not to mention being extremely respected by his teammates and the Alabama staff.
All of his troubles and arrest have came when he's associating with his home town and old crowd. When he got rich and went back home, all this mess started. Being drafted to Oakland didn't help to much either lol
