Jameson or Black Bush Irish Whisky with a couple ice cubes and a maybe a splash of water.  If I really want to just drink the stuff I'll mix it with ginger ale.  Goes down too well.

Was on a big old fashioned kick like Jacob was talking about.  Those things are dangerous.  First night I was drinking them I went through a fifth of Maker's Mark before I even realized it.

As far as beer, I generally just drink Bud Light.  But I like wheat beers quite a bit.  Boulevard Unfiltered Wheat out of KC is pretty good.  Somebody mentioned Schlaefly(sp?).  Also 312, a wheat beer by Goose Island is pretty friggin good too.  And when I find it, I enjoy Magic Hat #9 Not so Pale Ale and Yuengling.  Both from the North East.  Both Delicious.
