Won't schock me if y'all lose Cook and/or Goolsby.

Cook...ehh....wouldnt shock me but i certainly dont want it to happen. Goolsby I HIGHLY doubt it and would be shocked there.

Picked up a Commit from JuCo OT Drew Sarvary He was originally committed to Texas Tech and was going to sign with them today but Florida called and offered and he was torn because he had a great relationship with the coaches there but Florida was so much closer to home. He was originally from Tallahassee, Fl and was unranked but saw interest from FSU. Played for FAMU for his freshman year where he started 10 games then took the JuCo route to get back to the D1 ranks.

He's 6'6" 290 lbs according to his 247 player profile, but the commit and signing article done by Luke Stampini of Gatorbait.net lists him as 310 lbs so I'm thinking he's closer to 310 because of how recent the article is.

He has 3 years to play 2 seasons, so it's possible that he redshirts this upcoming year with DJ Humphries, Chaz Green, Trenton Brown, Roderick Johnson, and Trip Thurman (and very possibly incoming Freshman 5* OT David Sharpe) all fighting for Offensive Tackle playing time.

Damn y'all need an OC so bad. The talent is there, Muschamp's next hire might cost him his job. Pulling a Chizik.

Rumor is we already have him, but we're waiting until after the Bowl season to announce it. (Very possible reasoning is because it's Clay Helton from USC who is their interim HC after Lane Kiffin fiasco firing and Coach O stepping down).

It seems like he'll go to F$U or Miami. Hopefully he pulls a CJ Hampton. I'm starting to think he'll stick with us.

This quote from a recent interview makes it sound like Miami has been ruled out...

“My family is always going to have an opinion on my decision, and I always listen to them,” Cook said. “My whole family grew up Canes fans and I grew up a Canes fan. So it was hard with the recruiting process because I could’ve easily been a Cane.

“But you know, I had to think things out for myself and I had to think it over and, and I just came to a decision.”

That's good. If he does stay as a gator, do you think he'll be #2 on the Depth Chart?

I think that'd be a little optimistic; but I definitely see him getting some meaningful touches.

How early a RB gets on the field always depends on how fast he learns the playbook and his protection assignments... one thing in his favor is he's an EE, so he'll have that extra time to learn everything.

It appears he'll be delaying his decision. IDK if it is official. He said that'll he still commit at the UA game, though he's not currently scheduled.
