Stoops graded as an "A" by SI.

Tied w/ Malzahn. Graded hire than Bielema (sp), Jones, and 13-14 other new head coaches in the nation.

UK wasted no time in getting it on with 2014 recruiting, landing 4* DE/ LB from Crestview, Fl. Kentucky beat out UF, FSU, Bama, Clemsux, GT, OSU, Texas and USC. Boys I believe Stoops is coming to play with the big dogs, at least in recruiting.......as far as on the head coaching part of the equation......we're just gonna have to wait and see. I believe he will make a good HC, he definetly Has brought in a good staff, especially OC and DC.

I truly believe if UK has at least a 6-6 season after a 2-10 season, then I believe that will help sell the program, I fully believe Stoops will haul in a top 15 class next season....and he's already off to a good start. For him to come in 3 1/2 weeks before signing day quickly evaluate and cut loose many of Joker's MAC and Sun Belt recruits, and close on many of the recruits he wanted and win battles or them against the likes of Nebraska, FSU, USC with very little time to sway these kids, then in my opinion that's one heck of a job..a top 27 class that still could end up top 25......we're just waiting on the 4* DE Lawson kid who decomitted from LSU and the 4* Hearns kid to see his grades are going to cut it (probably won't).

I think everyone can see that UK is thinking at a higher level than before, this is what we as fans have been waiting for and it's about friggin time! Excitement is infectious even for recruits.

Looking like there wasn't enough red velvet cake to get mama Lawson past the distance between home and UK for Tevin. He's looking like a TCU or ULL lean. Mama knows best.
