SOB...looks like Beilema and Jones will receive a warm welcome.

May the bridges I burn light the way.

I see. I still think it's a better hire than Stoops. But we will all have edit and see. This could all be different in 3 years.

You're exactly right.

I may be over valuing the Stoops hire bc of the name. I mean one Stoops worked out, the other not so much. I think the Malzahn hire is a really great one.

I've been on record during the Gruden fiasco that y'all shouldn't chase a pipe dream and hire Strong. He'd be the home run hire. I'm just not that impressed with Jones. 3 mid 50s recruiting classes ? I guess we will see how it all works out.

I'd say mid 50's recruiting classes at Cincy is pretty damn sporty.  Not to mention the last two Cincy coaches that left for greener pastures seem to be doing pretty well.

Brian Kelly Rivals Class Ranking at Cincy:

60
69
89

Mark Dantonio Rivals Class Ranking at Cincy:

2004 class says it was ranked 145, not sure how that happens?  They did have an avg star rating of 2.08
94
108

WTF?  Why the hell do we suddenly play Carolina before Alabama next year?  I swear, the SEC is bound and determined to keep Bama-Tennessee from being played on the 3rd Saturday in October.  Bullshit.

who?

Someone made a reference to Arkansas having a "historically weak" staff and I was pointing out that Malzahn was once on that staff.
