To be honest, I don't know how good of a recruiter he is. He's got an...odd personality.

If Arkansas wants to win, it needs survives from talent from other states.

The big 12 survives off talent from Texas at one point Mizzou's roster was half texans because we couldn't recruit our own state until the SEC move, trust me, he would be fine.

Just making a point that Arkansas's instate talent, well is sparse; since the population is (relatively) sparse.

If AU somehow ends up with Petrino and UT with this guy...then that's two traditional SEC powerhouses getting away from classic SEC football in favor of high impact offenses...

hmmm we have to be careful or we'll end up like the pac

Zipping around on twitter and most OSU fans could care less if he left. Their defense got torched back to back weeks by Oklahoma and Baylor. They got spoiled fast after going 11-1 their best season ever, now going 7-5.

How do you think OSU survives? OU gets whomever they want from the State of OK. Gundy has survived off the Houston area, he has been a strong recruiter there, and he's even won a few kids from the Dallas area, most are already picked over by OU and UT.
He does more with less than Mack

Go ask Nebraska if they are missing Texas kids yet?

They seem to be doing pretty decent as of late minus a few slips, but they are in a conference with arguably the worst recruiting base ever... Big12 and SEC have obvious advantages in athletes... Hell so does the PAC with Cali... MIchigan and Ohio are decent, but I'd take the athletes from the other conferences any day.

Decent as in they are doing decent in games without texas kids. Their level of competition has went down though.

That's it. Level of competition is way down. If there crappy defense had to play OU, WVU, OSU, Baylor, Texas Tech and KSU I think they would lose all of them. Drop one non conference game and Nebraska wouldn't even be bowl eligible.
