Just heard Louisville HC Charlie Strong interviewed for the AUBURN Job

Apparently he "strong"ly denied this to the media.

I'm just proud you've come around to him Caudle, I consider that a win in itself. And don't lie, you are warming to it! You're not by yourself, I'd say out of the 40% that opposed him 20-25 has done the same thing. Screw the rest, you can't please everybody.

BMFP

I haven't really come around to him; I still hate him and think he will ultimately screw over our program. I just would rather have a good coach screw over our program after a few years of winning than a shitty coach like Malzahn screwing it over immediately through ineptitude. It's a tough position to be in.
R.I.P Philip Luzenkirchen, recipient of Neil Caudle's first career TD pass.

BMFP went 41-9 at Louisville and turned Brohm into a Heisman finalist. What's Strong at? 18-18?

Maybe it was Monday that I was hearing, but that makes no sense.  AU has to look at other candidates and make an objective assessment of the best fit/best resume.

I wish we still had Petrino... we went from averaging 36 points a game to not breaking 31 all year.

yeah, there's about a 1 in a million chance that that happens. I can't believe so many hog fans still cling to that fantasy.

because we started thinking about this hire oh....3 weeks into the season. We've had long enough only reason its taken this long is because we have to go through all the hoops.

Seriously. A season I will never forget.
