Didn't you guys have some pretty hellacious injuries very early on too?

The Syracuse loss is the only one that should really be considered unacceptable.
We lost pretty much our whole offensive line.

We still have hellacious injuries, 6 guys are about to have surgery this coming month alone... Sheldon was suspended for the Cuse game and James went out with a concussion halfway through and our back up QB played the rest of it... still unacceptable season all around... our offense was dreadful and the defense gets the credit for most wins....

The reason fans want the OC gone is because this isn't the first season he has been bad... even with highly talented Mizzou teams like in 2010 where we beat #1 Oklahoma and lost to unranked Iowa and Texas tech which were games with terrible play calling... this guy has survived all of those seasons... he wasn't our OC to begin with, he was the QB coach who got a promotion he didn't deserve when our OC took over the Wyoming program... Most mizzou fans want a real OC not some internally promoted OC who goes for 3 passes in a row on 1st and goal.. 2 yards from the end zone.

and this criticism is brought to you from a Mizzou fan who has defended the entire staff up until this season...

I am exaactly the same way. I have defended the staff all the way but Yost needs to go. We also need to make some serious adjustments on defense.

No.
So HobnailedBoots isn't the biggest homer on the site?  Also in that instance, wouldn't Bama still be the number 1 team? Bama would have the head to head against Ole Miss and isn't that the first tiebreaker?
