ACC,Big10/12 Pac 10,ect.. What would their records look like? I keep hearing that the SEC is just top heavy and the rest of the conference is bad but I don't think so. Ole Miss and Vandy are both better than their records, have improved allot as the season has gone along. Tenn has obviously gone real downhill late but was a decent team to start the year, playing 5 ranked teams in 6 weeks is extremely tough. Mizzou had the close loss to Cuse (who has finished the season strong) last week and wont make a bowl but beat Arizona St with their backup and will finish the season playing 5 of the top 10. UK,AU and Ark are having horrible years but as bad is AU and Arks records are, they still have talent and it hard not to think they would be heading to a bowl with another conferences schedule.
What do you guys think?

Depends on a lot. For Arkansas, I say they have a winning record in the ACC or Big 10. But not the Big 12 or Pac 12.

We clearly would be 12-0 if we played in the MAC.

If Auburn was in the MAC we might be .500!!!!!!!!1111
Realistically, though, I think if you put any SEC team in another division, they'd be in the top half of that division. Auburn is 3-1 in OOC games and only lost to Clemson by one TD. Kentucky is 2-2 in OOC games, though they lost pretty badly to Louisville and shouldn't have lost to Western Kentucky. Missouri is 3-1 in OOC games with a close loss to Syracuse. Vanderbilt is 2-1 in OOC games though they shouldn't have lost to Northwestern. Ole Miss is 3-1 with a loss to Texas, supposedly the second best team in the Big 12. Arkansas is 2-2 and probably shouldn't have lost to UL-Monroe or Rutgers... Tennessee is 4-0 in OOC games.
In the SEC, all of the above teams suck badly. Out of the SEC, at least they can contend.

I kept failing a math test at the University of Alabama because every time I added 5+3 I got 8 and they kept insisting that the right answer was 14.

Any team in the conference would go to a bowl after playing clemsons schedule.
Any team
Any team

AU, UT & Mizzou are question marks... (throwing MO in there because of the loss to the 'Cuse)

UT beat the hell out of nc state, which was clemsons 3rd toughest opponent this year. Auburn only lost to clemson by a single TD. And you must not keep up with the acc much if you don't know how bad maryland, wake forest, duke, boston college, georgia tech, and virginia tech are. Toss in furman and ball state and any SEC team will make a bowl.

not a chance - KY was 2-2 in OOC & one of those wins was Samford. Instead of 2-9 at this point they MIGHT be 4-7 in Georgia Tech's division, in FSU's division they MIGHT be 3-8 right now... I also have serious doubts about the Auburn team that i am seeing at this point in the season. They gave Clemson a game, they gave LSU a game but when things started getting bad, they rolled over and died on the season.
I am not seeing this AU team beat GA Tech, Miami, VA Tech, NC State or Wake. Put AU in Clemson's division and it ain't likely, put them in GA Tech's division and it would depend on who, besides Clemson, they had to play. You put KY, AR, MO, UT, AU & UT in the Big 12 or Pac 12 and I see none of them, sure, MO has been decent, but maybe they were due for an off year... You can't lose to Syracuse and tell me "Yeah, but we'd make a bowl in a weaker conference"
Syracuse = most ACC teams

i don't care about this enough to go pages and pages
i said that i don't think it would have helped KY enough - i stand by that
i also don't think it would have helped AU & already named teams i think would beat them
and i am saying that UT, AR & MO would be questionable based on this year - losing to lower level competition does not give me reason to believe they would do better enough against comparable (or in truth, better) ACC squads

The Big 12 is the other top tier conference. Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, TCU, West Virginia, Kansas State, Texas Tech, and Texas are all good enough to beat Ole Miss, Arkansas, Ole Mizz, Kentucky, and Vanderbilt. Against Baylor, Iowa State, and Kansas, I think you'd have a lot of pick 'ems.
I'd say this SEC lot would have a lot of 2-7 and 3-6 records vs today's Big 12.
