No. 7/7 Florida (9-1, 7-1 SEC) and Jacksonville St. (6-4, 5-3 Ohio Valley Conference) face off in the Swamp on Saturday in the first meeting between the two schools.
The biggest storyline heading into the game is the Gators' quarterback situation after starter Jeff Driskel injured his ankle against Louisiana last weekend. Jacoby Brissett came off the bench to complete 6-of-8 passes and rally the Gators. Muschamp indicated earlier this week that Driskel is almost certainly out and Brissett will play.
At stake for the Gators is just the third 7-0 home season in school history, as the team enters with a 6-0 mark following last week's improbable and thrilling 27-20 victory over Louisiana in which they scored twice in the final 1:42 to erase a late deficit.
