Thanks. Not really familiar enough with what fellow Dawg fans follow basketball too. Still kind of getting the hang of things around here.

Yeah, I'm not sure about that game now.
Missouri has gained a player and Ole Miss has lost one.
Wait, who did Ole Miss lose?

I really like the way we're playing right now.  Hopefully Willie Cauley-Stein is back in the lineup Saturday to give us some help @ aTm.  They're long and athletic and we'll need all the help we can get down low.  Gotta exact some vengence on them for Elston Turner's 40 pt show @ Rupp earlier.  Something like that doesn't go unpunished.

A forward, Aaron Jones.  He got hurt toward the end of the UK game.

I honestly thought our team would form a better chemistry, but that's something that talent can't teach. Haith said last night this team this isn't a great listening team, everyone wants to do something different with the ball on offensive possessions... I tend to agree with that.  Still for our first year playing brand new teams I'm okay with being 4th best, of course I would like better and hope they improve, still lots of ball to be played.

I stick by my preseason picks as what it should look like on paper, but as of right now.

1. Florida
2. Kentucky
3. Ole Miss
4. Missouri

5-14. who cares

I'm just messing with you guys.
I thought they would be much better too.
Having said that, they've still only lost 3 games out of an 18 game schedule and it only gets easier from here.

To add to a previous point I was making, @UK4Life, the ref I was complaining about (Jim Burr) has a long history of bullshiteery.

Pretty damned easy to get 12 blocks when you're given 15 fouls.
5 days and still sour grapes. The only ppl complaining are OM fans. Face it, OM finally played a team that plays defense and they flopped. We just made a blue print for the rest of the SEC to beat OM. Guard Henderson....

I don't think it was as much you guarding Henderson as it was the bigs. Ole Miss has some good bigs and they were pretty much nonexistent.

Your blinders are on bro.

I admitted to you straight up that we lost that game mostly owing to the fact that we had a resurgence of what AK is notorious for, which is letting the players play streetball. One does not simply play streetball against UK and come away victorious. That, along with missing lay-ups and FT's killed us.

But I have provided evidence that Jim Burr has a history of dipshitism. To ignore those facts are uberly-homerific.
Letting Noel have 15 fouls was bs and you know it. I've admitted and agreed with you as to why we lost the game, but come on dude; meet me halfway here. Tell me that if Henderson had gotten the ball more and they called absolutely nothing on him that it wouldn't pi** you off just ever so slightly?

In all honesty, I didn't see once where I thought that Noel should have been called for his fifth foul.

Because of foul trouble. Methusala Burr would call Buck and Murph for breathing near Jesus Noel and Jesus #33.
Yet when UK was on d, head-knocking was perfectly cool.

Noel had an outstanding 7 blocks that game. 5 more that are attributed to him were fouls, and that old-arse m'fer knew it, but he was a coward and wouldn't call it because to call a foul on the NCAA's precious basketball program would violate the Book of Calipart, Chapter of Acts, verse 1 which states, "As a ref, thou shalt let Noel commit bloody murder, and thou shalt not call a foul on it."

After the fourth foul, Noel went straight up and avoided body contact. In my opinon, I did not see anything that deserved a foul call.
