you're offended by cursing? who knew...

I just flat out stated that I accept evolution insofar as adaptation within a species is concerned. I do; however, reject the notion of an unique species evolving into a different unique species.
No, I did not say I was offended at all by your cursing, DCBaugh. :P
I said it belittled your argument and point; makes you appear pouty.

Why is that? Let's take your argument into consideration for a moment; if YHWH created everything, would he not be able to make a species evolve into another species? If so, everything is cool. If not, then he is not omnipotent. I'd like to hear why you take such issue with it.

and i'd rather talk about finding a candidate we can both support. If we can do that, we only have to pull together to keep the communists/socialists from fully taling over.

But it may already be too late for that...

You do accept that natural selection is responsible for diversity within a species, right?

1st - wikepedia is not entirely reliable.

Having said that - thanks for your links!

The lizards are still lizards and the bacteria is still bacteria.

I know that you are going into law, but bacteria cells that get rounder and grow faster AND lizards with bigger heads DO NOT constitute one unique species evolving into another unique species.

get back to me when a dog gives birth to a fish...

Yeah, I know about the reliability of wikipedia... but the experiment is well documented and there are many other resources online that talk about it.

You have a fundamental misunderstanding about the theory of evolution.  The theory of evolution never claims that one species will give birth to another species.  You already accept that evolution happens within a species, and the theory of evolution is no different than what you already accept.  The changes within species continue for thousand generations, to the point were the new species would not be able to breed with the original species.

I've tried playing your stupid game, but it was going no where.  Unless you want to talk about the topic of the thread, I'm not going to waste my time with you.  Ask your dog questions to someone else.

P.S. @, just a minor technicality, but Paul uses the word "shit" and some other salty language in the Epistles.  And there's no commandment against "bad words".  Southern Baptists might be offended at salty language, but I doubt that Y'shua would be.
