Julius Mays spurred a 19-4 second-half run with three 3-pointers before leaving with a leg strain, freshman Nerlens Noel scored 15 points and No. 3 Kentucky held Transylvania to 10 points after intermission for a 74-28 exhibition victory Monday night. The Wildcats' high-profile freshmen combined for 42 points with Willie Cauley-Stein getting 12, Archie Goodwin 10 and Alex Poythress five. Sophomore Ryan Harrow added 12 points for Kentucky, which led 27-18 at halftime before turning it into a 46-22 lead with 13 minutes remaining.
