It'd be a great game, but it'll probably take A&M beating Miss State for it to happen. Cotton Bowl likes to take SEC West teams and MSU would be in line since 'Bama and LSU will be in more prestigious games.

I don't even think we would have to beat MSU. That matchup would bring in so many dollars for the cotton it would be hard for them to pass it up. I bet that would irritate the crap out of old deloss.

Tejas is going to need Oklahoma and Oklahoma State to lose. Most likely OSU will take care of that this weekend vs KSU. If OU wins out, they would have to make a BCS game for Texas to slide into the Cotton Bowl.
I didnt know Texas hadnt played Kansas State yet either, they have a rough road ahead, last time I looked the last 4 RB's to play Texas all had career days, Collin Klein can run the ball fairly well.

Dont get me wrong tho, I would love to see that game happen, and Brad Edwards is predicting OU vs Nebraska in the Rose Bowl, I, for obvious reasons, want to see that one more than UT vs Aggy.

We played F$U a couple times in bowl games a while back.
They were our last game of the season, but it was still awesome.

Would love to see this matchup, but I'd be surprised if either of them ended up in the Cotton Bowl.
