Dude won't serve two years. He'll get time served, probation, community service, etc... but he should also be banned from all Alabama sporting events for life.

I have a friend who ended up on the sex offender list for being drunk as hell and pissing in a McDonalds parking lot. I like the idea of the list, but it kind of defeats the purpose of having a list if a lot of the people on there aren't sexual predators.
But I say the punishment should be a fine and community service. With the victim going to a large university I'd say he's seen stuff just as bad if not worse...and probably laughed about it. Then when it happens to him all of a sudden it bothered him to the point of depression and mental anguish?? I doubt it. Not defending the plaintiff, and like I said he should be punished. But the victim also needs to know he shouldn't get that drunk in public. One less drink and he could've been pissing in public and ended up on the sex offenders list and have someone suing him for mental anguish after seeing his penor.

agreed. that's absolutely ridiculous.
When it's 3rd and 10, we shuffle out our secret weapon... he's the only person we ever want calling the next play... some call him the twelfth man.... we call him the whiskey drinker...

That's way to harsh there are child predators that have gotten less time. Was it stupid? Yeah but being drunk enough in a public place that you don't even realize you're getting teabagged is too.

"I didn't come to Alabama to win 10 games a year and be a contender. I came here to win championships. Conference Championships and National Championships. I love it here because that's just not what I want, but what this fan base expects." --Alabama Head Football Coach, Nick Saban

Sex offender bit is harsh... if it wasn't for guberment tracking devices, this dude would never have gotten caught.
Actually, if it wasn't for dumbasses that put their videos on the internet he would have never gotten caught. Facebook and youtube make idiots of many a person.
2 years is ridiculous. The passed out drunk LSU fan had probably been screaming Tiger Bait at the teabagger for hours leading up to the game. Still, I don't know why you'd dangle your junk on another dudes head. Why not just piss on him in typical LSU fashion? That would have been justice.

So he actually pulled his marbles out? Or just simulated it with clothes on?

He pulled out everything, beans and frank, and climbed up on a table in a restaurant full of people and rubbed his junk all over a guy's face and head while he was passed out at a table.
2 years is nothing; he's getting off easy... there are people and places where he'd have gotten his ass blown right off the table the instant he pulled his junk out in front of women and potentially kids in public.
This guy is no different than the giuy who exposes himself in front of children... some folks have a f'd up idea of what a practical joke really is.

Not defending the guys actions(but I did think it was kind of funny)....but if you take your wife and kids out to eat at 2 AM in a city after a national title game between Bama and LSU you may not be making the best parental choice.

You, your wife, and kids should be able to attend a NCG and then get a little something on the way home or back to your hotel from a game, and not have to see shit like that.
When did the POS's in the world get all-access to sporting events, so much so that regular families can't attend?
It's not the drunken assholes making the programs go round; it's the boosters and alumni with regular families.

And yes pulling your junk out in public and putting it on someones face isn't smart either.

So it's the teabagged guys fault? I agree, you need to watch out where you pass out drunk - you never know when some Alabamian redneck will drop his nutsack on your face.

I'm pretty sure there's an equation for that. You take the average proof of alcohol and divide that by the gallons of alcohol. Then you multiply that total by the number of Bama fans. Add 15 to that number for a Bama loss, or 35 for a Bama win. Convert to a % and that's the likelihood of getting teabagged if you pass out around a Bama fan. It was pretty much a 100% chance of that guy getting teabagged. Sucks that he was unaware.

It is never wise for opposing fans to behave like idiots in Cajun country. Their laws are skewed and the fans are crazy.
