He should be punished in some form but two years in the slammer is rediculous. There's no telling what is gonna happen to him in a Louisiana prison.

I have a friend who ended up on the sex offender list for being drunk as hell and pissing in a McDonalds parking lot. I like the idea of the list, but it kind of defeats the purpose of having a list if a lot of the people on there aren't sexual predators.

But I say the punishment should be a fine and community service. With the victim going to a large university I'd say he's seen stuff just as bad if not worse...and probably laughed about it. Then when it happens to him all of a sudden it bothered him to the point of depression and mental anguish?? I doubt it. Not defending the plaintiff, and like I said he should be punished. But the victim also needs to know he shouldn't get that drunk in public. One less drink and he could've been pissing in public and ended up on the sex offenders list and have someone suing him for mental anguish after seeing his penor.
