I'm completely bias when I say let Atlanta host it.
No matter where they put the new stadium there is going to be issues with traffic, I've talked to friends from the New England area they said if you go to a Sunday night game you might as well pack your work clothes. I say keep the stadium downtown, although moving it OTP might change the environment a little bit.

Parking for Falcons games sucks ass... If they build a new stadium in the same basic place it will still suck ass - possibly more than before!
I kept failing a math test at the University of Alabama because every time I added 5+3 I got 8 and they kept insisting that the right answer was 14.
