UGA doesnt have better WRs or Oline. Murray doesnt have the skill set of Bray, Its not like UGA is head and shoulders above UT. The only advantage UGA has, and its one that puts alot of things in there favor is its running game.

Georgia is better at every position and is better coached. UT is not ranked so Murray should have a good game.

UGA- 42

UT- 17

Crying on command?

Our OFFENSE might not be head and shoulders above UT but I think our team as a whole is..... at least a head taller

You're right. Murray doesn't throw at the other team for shits and giggles.

I've just been perusing some replies.

If UT scores 30 on Georgia, then something has gone terribly wrong for the Georgia D.

Georgia 27
UT 13

top 10 in the sec rec UT 2 UGA 3. Bray has 300 more passing yards than Murray, Gurley does ave 10 whole yards a game more than Neal. J Jones does have .25 more tackles per game. care to look at sacks allowes? You might not like the answer.

UGA is better solely because of its running game. A lack of one kills UT. wears the D out and keeps teams in games. It will be enough to give UGA a win saturday but I guess I should expect this with the way yall acted after UGA  outlasted MIZZOU on a sat, and woke up Sunday thinking it was a prison rape.

Actually Murray crapping his pants 1 or 2 times a year is SOP for him.

Just to speed up the coaching change I'm guessing?

Because you know, beating UGA will be ALMOST enough to get him another year. I'm not sure if you still want him or not, just guessing
Yup, I'm hoping he's gone by the time we go to South Carolina. I don't wanna go into the Mizzou week with no bearing on what we're getting from the interim guy. I'm hoping he gets fired the Monday after Bama and Sunseri gets in and we run the table in November.

You know ! I want to clarify myself a little. I stated earlier that UGA has had a tendacy to only play up to the competitions level in the past. But lets be clear. As much as it hurts, I do agree with some of the haters that UGA has under achieved in past games last year. But if I step back & look only at talent & team balance. UGA ishould win by fairly good margin. Our defense at times has showed that it can be relentless. Our offense may not be the best , but it is the most balanced in run & pass game that I have seen at UGA in a long while. And covering all our weapons will be a hard task for even the best teamsn. So to make it short-(to late)- Depends on which UGA team shows up.

To be fair to UT as far as offensive stats...... they have played UF which has a stronger defense than anyone we have played by far. That being said I still believe our offense is better if only by a little

far and away a better running game and far and away a better commitment to the run. In this league running the game and stopinng the run is king. UGA has the running game advantage and it shows.  It covers for a bad Oline and makes a solid college QB look better than his combine numbers will show (skill set). A running game and commitment to it helps the D stay fresh and keeps the other team from gaining momentum.

Thats not the same as having an across the board worldbeater team. Its sad too many on here dont see the difference. But not all that unexpected with a few of the Dawgs I see from other boards.

Tennessee gives up a lot of big plays..................20 plays of 20 or more yards.

Georgia leads the nation in producing big plays........35 plays of 20 or more yards.

Tennessee is more talented than any team Georgia has faced. We learn a little more Saturday night.

Tough loss for the Packers last week.  Still not over it and coming off a short week.  Tennessee wins.
