Was thinking that too. Since its so new it is possible this chick is just trying to get him in trouble. But from what we know now hes a POS. i will retract if and when authorities tell us it was consensual and its a parent or girl overreacting

I really hope this isn't true.

The "2nd Degree" part of the charge makes me think this is a statutory thing.
