I think it would be neat to beat a team like that on NAtional TV. If Iowa State can take them mofo's best shot, we can do it. Oh, and Ole MIss might wanna chill with the Sched. talk. It's only been recently they started playing teams worth two shivs theirselves.

They believe kudos should be given for playing Texas.

I'm for it. IMO we're at a point I think we can win enough SEC games yearly to have a high probability of going to a bowl game even if we don't pick up all 4 OOC games. Good national exposure and a trip to Houston could be fun...

Now that this has been settled, let's focus on the more pressing issue; beating Auburn.
OM would be wise to focus on Central Arkansas, a team that went 9-4 last year.

If you're too scared to play someone, you've got no business being in the SEC. Perhaps the ACC or Big East is more suited to your delicate sensibilities?
ETA: And it's not that I don't think we could win..... I think we'd have a great shot..... after 938194 consecutive years with a top 5 SoS.... we deserve a few years of cupcakes.

That could be a statement game for State for the nation to see. Don't shy away from the challenge, accept it

Plus yall historically have had good defenses, especially D-lines, so I think yall could hang with OK State

I'm in, though I'd rather be tested with a team like oky state in a bowl game, not the first game

The rebel black bears coming over here to troll about cupcakes is sooo cute.
You guys will do anything to forget about having to field a 3A high school team against Texas and the other 8-10 prison shower beat downs coming your way this fall.

This.
Since when did Oklahoma State become a power? If nothing else it would be a shootout. Russell will be a senior with 4 premier backs and a seasoned O-line. Two defensive stops and we win, I like our chances. Barry Sanders Sr, Justin Blackmon, and Dez Bryant won't see the field.... let's do this.

I guess they technically became a powerhouse in 2008, which started a string of four straight 9+ win seasons, where they have have one of the best offenses in college football. We don't even know that we have one "premier" back much less 4. How are we going to make two stops against them? Seems like other teams they play have a hard time doing that seeing that they have not scored less than 30 points in a game in more than two seasons.
Scott, stay away from this one. We aren't ready for this yet.
