Smoot would be a good fill-in at recruiter for a year. I'm sure Mullen can handle the coaching duties for a year. Just throw Smoot in that spot to recruit and help out with the defense.

Hell who knows, being a CB, he may be a decent WR coach.

We are M-State.

Could you imagine the swag from Smoot being on board? ALso, he knows what DBs look for, so he would know what to tell WRs to do to throw them off.

I think it's more of a case that he was told to lay off the coeds more than once and didn't listen. State is strict about things like that.

That's already been descredited. Redmond has an eight-year-old Mustang his mother bought him. He's still practicing with the team. The NCAA has contacted neither him nor his mother. Ya know, not every black athelete is poor. Some can afford vehicles for their children.
