That's probably true. Jax has grown considerably over the years, but Miami is probably still worse.

Miami now has a majority of Cubans and Puerto Ricans, but they may not be the worst offenders as far as violent crime goes... Overtown, Pork & Beans, and Little Haiti are still likely the murder capitals of Florida, per capita.

I know every time I watch The First 48, virtually all the murders still take place in one of those sections to this day.
