On the job applications I've filled out, I've just always just checked Caucasian.
However, I am a direct descendent of Greenwood Leflore, so I could have checked Native American as well I suppose.

Well thanks thanks to a class action lawsuit filed against the University of Michigan it perfectly acceptable to do so. It was settled in the summer of 97 or at least that's when I got my letter and apology.
