I'm sure a committee would receive equal representation from all parts of the country, but that's fine with me considering the vast majority of pollsters correctly voted the two "best" teams 1-2 going into the BCSCG last year. At least with 4 teams we will now be able to settle the 2 vs 3 and 3 vs 4 arguments on the field, where it belongs. Still curious to see how this will impact the bowl games though.

I don't like the committee thing, it will be difficult to find an unbiased committee. Just use the Bcs like you have now and let the chips fall where they may.

We don't need a committee to screw it up. Top 4 in the BCS is fine. This is Jim trying to weasel his way into helping conference champs without making it a rule. He has not changed his stance, just repackaged it.
