Ballard went from being below average in college and he is going to be "slow" in the NFL. Plenty of "slow" running backs have their fifteen minutes, and Ballard might join a nice club with Marion Barber, LenDale White, Willie Parker among others, but I would still bet Ballard isn't even as fast as any of them.
