The loudest and most obnoxious "Christians" seem to be the ones using the religion or name of Christ as a pawn and are assholes. And there are plenty like that, including some politicians, some pastors, and a lot of people sitting in the pews. Conversely, I can't count the number of believers in my life who are genuine and not perfect by their own merit, but I know would take a bullet for me or you in a heartbeat.
