holy crap
"Whenever I see those crimson jerseys and crimson helmets, I feel humbled to have played football for Alabama. Other players in the NFL talk to me about their schools and their traditions. I just smile knowing the immense love Alabama fans have for our school and its football program. I'm proud to be a part of that Crimson Tide heritage."

And number 3. #1 ranked Ath Demetris Robertson

I was wondering a few days ago when Bama would get it's first 2016 commit and comes 247's top ranked Ath,CB and a top 10 DT.

And maybe more today

Really hate to hear about Leo Lewis opening things up. He was my favorite recruit in this class besides Barnett. He say's he will official visit here for a game later this year so hopefully Bama can get back in the mix.

Bama recently offered 6'5 WR Lawrence Cager. He performed really well at camp.

Stock rising for 6-foot-5 Maryland receiver Lawrence Cager, who earns Alabama offer after big camp performance

BIRMINGHAM, Alabama - Lawrence Cager's size and speed stood out at Alabama's prospect camp last week.

Cager earned an offer from Alabama at the camp and the 6-foot-5, 210-pound standout from Calvert Hall College High School in Towson, Md., is high on the Crimson Tide.

"It was exciting," Cager said of getting the offer. "Alabama is a great football program, Coach (Nick) Saban is a great coach. Coach (Lane) Kiffin is a great offensive coordinator. Coach (Billy) Napier is a great wide receivers coach. I love Alabama and it was a great feeling."

Also in the past week, Cager has picked up offers from Tennessee and Kentucky. He's visiting Ohio State for a camp this weekend and could pick up an offer with a strong performance there.

"I think he's got a rare combination of size and athleticism," Calvert Hall head coach Donald Davis said. "He's 6-5, he's 200 pounds and he can run. The way the game is changing, that's something that teams, whether its high school, college or NFL, sees you as valuable. That's a valuable skill set that makes him an extremely versatile and dangerous player.

"He really wasn't, when I say their radar, on the board there (at Alabama). I don't think he was on the board before."

Cager was certainly one of the top performers at the Alabama camp. He's a 3-star recruit in the 247Sports composite (all the services combined), but is likely to jump up in future rankings. 247Sports has Cager ranked No. 151 nationally. Rivals has Cager as a 3-star and so does Scout and ESPN.

"I feel like I dominated," Cager said. "I didn't drop any balls in the 1-on-1 or 7-on-7. Coach Napier said he loved how I used my body and for a big guy, how I get downfield, drop my hips, get out of my breaks and use my getaway speed, length and stride and break away from the defenders."

Cager said Ohio State was his favorite school growing up, but he won't commit right away if he's offered. He said he doesn't plan on committing before his senior season, but anything could change with recruiting. He hopes to commit midway through the season, after the season or at a postseason All-American game if he gets an invite.

"I would never commit right away to a school," Cager said. "I'm going to talk about it with my family. It's not as much my decision, it's a family decision, so I wouldn't commit to a school right now."

Cager said he didn't have a list of top schools. Virginia Tech, Syracuse and Maryland have offered since June. Rutgers, which offered in April, is heavily in the mix.

"Most definitely, if I had to make a list, they would be there, but I don't have a list," Cager said of Alabama. "They definitely are highly regarded in my mind."

Cager hasn't set his official visits yet, but will determine that after talking to his parents. As a junior, Cager caught 50 passes for 580 yards and seven touchdowns.

Things are also trending up with 5* CB Kendall Sheffield. He visited last week. He's being recruited here by Tony Brown and like Brown and Humphrey he's also interested in doing Track+Football.

It was a long drawn out process I was along for visits at Auburn, Tennessee, MSU,  and Tenn. Tech but my daughter signed with the Million Dollar Band and The University of Alabama last week.

No doubt proud dad but she had me sweating it...well I was decided she wasn't.

Funny thing when we were at Tennessee they did their thing showing everything off and making their pitch....near the end they ask if anyone had more questions etc..my daughter said "we can leave now" ....that's my girl!!!
"I didn't come to Alabama to win 10 games a year and be a contender. I came here to win championships, Conference Championships, and National Championships. I love it here because that's not just what I want, but what this fan base expects." -Alabama Head Football Coach Nick Saban
